The term for a contractual cooperation with FIMA is always 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
All rental contracts or accounts with booking portals only ever contain the landlord’s account details. FIMA has no contact with the guests’ or tenants’ money. When and how the transfer is made is determined by the landlord’s instructions.
As a rule, a fee is only deducted from the rent if you have booked a service that involves a fee. In this case, FIMA receives a success fee of 5% of the booking price.
When the contract is concluded, a flat rate is calculated for the current year, which is invoiced immediately. All other booked services or fees will be invoiced separately.
This is possible, just as any other service can be booked individually.
